The report says that after the reconstruction Galerija Azur will change significantly. The shopping center will have the fourth in Riga store network K Senukai, the area of the premises of this store will exceed 20 thousand square meters. This will be the first store in the Baltic States, K Senukai, made according to the new concept.
The supermarket Rimi, as well as other shops will continue to operate in the shopping center.
The second floor of the shopping center will have the office center of K Senukai.
The total area of the shopping center and the office center will be 29.5 thousand square meters. Leased space – 27 thousand square meters. K Senukai and Rimi will lease 25.4 thousand square meters. The remaining rented area is 1700 square meters.
The number of parking spaces for Galerija Azur will be 750.
It is planned that the shopping center will be opened in the second half of 2019.
It is interesting that near the Galerija Azur is building of the next shopping center Akropole, the construction of which is scheduled to be completed in January 2019.
