According to the data obtained during the sociological survey, the inhabitants of Latvia need to receive an average salary of 1165 euros per month for normal life.
As the survey data show, for the first time the size of the desired income has decreased over the past six years.
The highest amount of desired income was recorded last year and amounted to 1216 euros.
The second highest indicator was recorded in 2008 and amounted to 1,146.
However, in 2012 it was only 844 euros.
For example: in 2000, for a normal life, Latvians needed 495 euros a month.
