‘Not an immediate ambition’ Boris Johnson to delay Irish Sea tunnel until after HS2

BORIS JOHNSON has told journalists the proposed tunnel connecting Northern Ireland to Scotland will be delayed until after HS2 is complete, following push back from the Treasury.
