SoftBank, Dragoneer, Didi close to finalizing investment in Uber

 Japan’s SoftBank Group, U.S. investment group Dragoneer and Chinese rideshare giant Didi Chuxing are close to finalizing their investment in Uber via a joint venture, sources tell TechCrunch.
