Senators ask Azar to review Anthem ER policy

Sens. Benjamin Cardin (D-Md.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) called on HHS Secretary Alex Azar and Secretary of Labor Alexander Costa to look into whether Anthem’s emergency room policy violates federal law.
