In connection with the holding of the All-Latvian Song and Dance Festival in Riga, the movement is substantially limited.

From the 7th to the 9th of July, the traffic on Ostas Avenue is closed, except for the exit from Mezaparks. On July 5, from 20.00 until the end of the concert (July 7), the transport communication (except vehicles with special passes and vehicles of local residents) are restricted or closed on the streets of Augsiela, Stadiona and J. Asaris on the section from Ata Street to Pernavas Street.

On July 7, from 17:00 until the end of the concert (July 8), the transport communication (except vehicles with special passes, public transport and vehicles of local residents) is restricted or closed by:

• on the right side of Kalpaka boulevard on the site from Elizabetes Street to Alunana Street;

• on the left side of Aspazijas boulevard from the Teatra street to Brivibas Square;

•on the left side of Zigfrid Anna Meierovic boulevard on the plot from Kalku street to Smilsu street;

• on the right side of Zigfrid Anna Meierovic boulevard on the plot from the Kalku street to Kr.Valdemara Street;

• on the waterfront of November 11 on the stretch from the street. Kalku to Daugavas gata;
• on the right side of Citadeles street  on the site from Kronvalda boulevard to Mikela street;
• in the parking of Krasta street near the Island Bridge;
• at the bus parking on Eksporta street in front of the entrance to the Riga Passenger Port.

From 8.00 on June 30 to 24.00 on July 8 the authorities will prohibit the stop and parking of vehicles on Lauku Street, and from 7.00 am on 2 July to 8.00 on 8 July in the streets of Augšiela, Stadiona and J. Asara on the part from Ata Street to Pernavas Street, and also from 8.00 on July 2 to 24.00 on July 6 on the right side of Reimers street. Also, restrictions will be made from 8.00 on July 2 to 20.00 on July 8:

• str.Vagonu on the site from Matis Str. to Augusta Deglava Str.;
• str. Suntazu;
• str. Strencu;
• str. Narvas;
• str. Ruienas (public transport only);
• str. Pernavas on the site and in the direction from the street Lauku to the street J. Asaris (only public transport);

• str. Pernavas on the site from the street. A. Caka to the street Lauku;
• str. Varna;
• str Zvaigznu;
• str. Terezes;
• str. Rudolfa;
• srt. Ata;
• str. Alauksta;
• str. Laboratorijas;
• str. J. Asaris including on the site from the street. Tallinas up to the street Pernavas (public transport only);
• str. A. Deglava on the plot from the street Lienes up to the street Valmieras (only public transport);
• str. A. Deglava on the plot from the street Valmieras to the street. Nicgales;
• str. Valmieras on the plot from the street. Pernavas to the street. A. Deglava.From 20.00 on July 3 to 6.00 on July 8, restrictions will be imposed on the circle of reversal of trolleybuses at the intersection of  J.Asaris Str. and Pernavas Str, and from 7.00 on July, 5th till 7.00 on July, 9th they will forbid a stop and parking:
• on the right side of Meza Avenue on the site and in the direction from Inčukalna Str.to Ezermalas Str.(public transport only);
• on the right side of Meza Avenue on the site and in the direction from Ezermalas Str.to the stop “Bergenas Str.” (public transport only);
• on the right side of Meza avenue on the site from the stop “Bergenas street” to Inčukalna Str.;
• on Kokneses Avenue. on the section from Siguldas Avenue. to Meza Avenue;
• on Ezermalas Str.on the plot from Anna Sakse Str. to Meza Avenue.
• on Ostas avenue;
• on the new road to Mezaparka avenue from Viestura avenue.Also, the ban on stopping and parking will be introduced 7.00 on July 7 to 7.00 on July 9 on:
  • str. Gatartas;
  • str. Bergenas;
  • str. Matera;
  • str. Ernst Bergmanis;
  • Ave Siguldas;
  • on the roundabout of buses at the intersection of Meza Avenue and Gatartas Str. (except public transport);
  • Driveway near the entrance to the Zoo.

  From 20.00 on July, 4th till 24.00 on July, 5th the stop and parking will forbid on street Perses on the site from Marijas Str.before entering the car park.
