The network of German stores Lidl plans in the near future to begin its activities in all three Baltic states.

“Estonia and Latvia are retail markets where the concept of Lidl – to offer high-quality products at low prices – will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, which is why we plan to enter these markets,” Agne Dahlia Gaizhauskiene, the head of the department of communications and corporate affairs of Lidl in Lithuania explained.

Representatives of the company suggest that local suppliers and consumers will feel the real benefit from expanding the market and opening up new opportunities. At this stage, representatives of Lidl are exploring possible options for locating their stores in Latvia and Estonia.
